1. Pomegranate:
Eating pomegranate is as beneficial for the health of the body as its juice is beneficial for beauty. Pomegranate juice reduces tanning to a great extent. Add a little pomegranate juice to cold milk and apply it on the face. After 10-15 minutes wash the face with cold water. Doing this daily for a week will not only blossom the skin but will help to remove tanning also.
2. Watermelon:
Watermelon makes the skin soft as well as exfoliates the skin. Instead of using soaps or face wash, you can rub the soft part of watermelon with light hands on the face for 20 minutes and then wash it, it will bring back the lost face moisture.
3. Sugar:
Sugar is a readily available and can be used as a homemade face wash powder and exfoliator. Massage the face by grinding sugar coarsely and mixing it in water or oil and then wash. It is the easiest way to make the skin clean and soft.
4. Coconut Oil:
Coconut oil is antifungal and antibacterial, it can be used to cleanse the skin naturally as homemade face cleanser. Rub coconut oil in the palm to slightly lukewarm it. Apply it on the face and massage it in a circular motion. Then soak the towel in lukewarm water. Cover the face for about one minute, thereafter wipe with a dry towel, this will make the face soft.
5. Rosewater:
Skin loses moisture with sweat. Rosewater helps rejuvenate and moisturize the skin. It has a soothing and cleansing effect on the skin. Apply a little rose water on the face with a cotton ball and after 15 minutes wash it with cold water. Doing this every day will keep the skin moist and visibly clean.
6. Curd and gram flour:
Gram flour is a natural exfoliator and cleanser. You can prepare this homemade face wash powder (dry) and store in air-tight container. This can be made into a paste and can be used as and when required. Mix 2 tablespoons gram flour with one tablespoon curd and a pinch of turmeric powder. Make a paste and apply it on the face and neck area. Leave it for some time and wash after drying. This pack can be applied two to three times a week.
7. Chickpeas and turmeric:
Chickpeas and turmeric is another exfoliator cum homemade face cleansers. Take two tablespoon chickpeas powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and a little milk, make a mixture of these three, and apply on the face. Wash the face after 20 minutes. It is another homemade face wash powder. In addition to exfoliating, it will also make the skin blemish-free.
8. Apple Vinegar:
The antioxidant properties of apple vinegar are now well known. This is being used for decades to stay healthy all over the world. Apart from health benefits apple vinegar has beauty-enhancing properties also. Mix one part of apple vinegar in two parts of water and apply it well on your face with cotton, then after 15 minutes wash the face with cold water and then lukewarm water, it will give an instant glow to the skin, repeat this process daily to feel the difference soon.
9. Milk:
Milk is very good not only for the bones but also for the skin, Along with removing the dead cells, it helps to keep the skin soft and moist. Take some milk on the palms and massage it on the face or mix a little milk in the bathwater.
