Home remedies for Dark Circles: Get rid of those black spots!

Black spots under the eyes or Dark Circles are a big problem not only for women but also for men. There are many reasons for this, including stress, less sleeping, not drinking enough water, changes in hormones, random lifestyle, and genetic problems. Here are some home remedies for dark circles under eyes which can help you to get rid of black spots fast.

1. Tomato and Lemon
Apart from reducing dark circles tomatoes also soften the skin. Take one spoon of tomato juice, add one spoon of lemon juice to it and then apply this mixture on the eyes. Wait 10 minutes and then wash it. Doing this twice a day will have a visible effect in reducing dark circles.
2. Potato Juice
Potato also helps in reducing dark circles. Grate the potatoes and as much as possible, take out the juice. Then take a little cotton. Soak the cotton in potato juice and keep it on the eyes. Keep in mind that the cotton should cover the entire black part around the eye. Visible effects are seen within a week.
 3. Teabags
You must have seen those Teabags which are of fine fabric and have tea leaves inside. With teabags, you can get rid of dark circles. Take a teabag for this. Green tea is better. Keep it in the refrigerator for a while. When they get cold, place them on the eyes. Do this process at home as often as possible.
  4. Almond oil
Almonds are rich in vitamin E and its oil softens the skin. You must have seen a lot of products containing almond oil selling in the market. It is very easy to use. Yoga and meditation are also very effective to fight dark circles. As already explained a poor lifestyle is also responsible for dark circles. Practicing yoga and meditation at home for a few minutes will not only reduce dark circles but will also contribute to the overall well being.
8. Cucumber
You must have seen on in the beauty parlor that people have slices of cucumbers on their eyes. This is not just for fashion. Cucumbers are directly related to the health of the eyes. Keep the cucumbers in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then cut into slices and put them on the eyes. Leave these slices on the eyes for 10 minutes and then wash the eyes. You will feel fresh and in a few days, the dark circles will start fading away gradually.
9. Mint leaves
Mint is used for its refreshing quality. As a beauty enhancer, it can also be used to deal with dark circles. You need to grind some leaves and make a paste by adding water to it. This paste has to be applied on the dark circle. Keep it like this for 10 minutes and then wash it with cold water. If you apply it daily at night, the difference will start appearing within a week.
10. Rosewater
When it comes to skin rejuvenation, rose water is always unmatched. You can use it as a natural cleanser and refresh yourself. Rosewater also helps to erase dark circles. Soak cotton in rose water and place it on a dark circle. Keep the cotton on the eyes for 15 minutes and then wash the eyes with plain water. The effect will start to appear in a month if used regularly.
 11. Buttermilk and Turmeric
Turmeric has its benefits. It is anti-biotic, which can be drunk in milk in addition to vegetables and can also be applied to an injury. Buttermilk is considered the best after a meal. Take two tablespoons of buttermilk and add a spoonful of turmeric to it. Then apply this paste on the dark circle and leave it for 10 minutes. After this wash the eyes with lukewarm water.
