Release stress and tension: Bath with this method
Keeping in mind the temperature of the body, our ancestors had made some bathing rules! But today most people have forgotten these rules or they have never been taught these secrets. Let us know what Ayurveda says about the steps on how to take a bath properly.
Steps on how to take a bath properly:
 1. First of all, while you should wash your hands with water and then pour water on the whole arms.
2. You should wash your face after the arms.
3. After the face pour water on your feet. Wash both your legs up to thighs. After this, you can take a bath by pouring water on your head.
This is the reason
You must be wondering, what difference it makes if not bathed like this? Or what does it mean that on which body part we first pour water while bathing? The reason is that if this rhythm is followed during bathing, the body temperature gradually decreases and the body adjusts to the changing temperature comfortably.
If during a bathe water is poured on the head suddenly, then the body temperature is reduced immediately with shock, which is not good for our body and the heart. Usually, the problem of seasonal illness (cold and fever) also surrounds us because we do not follow body temperature while carrying out our daily activities. If this habit continues for a long time, then we may have to face diseases like heart ailments or paralysis.

You can choose any herb to bathe like lavender, peppermint, rosemary, and celery. If you have extracts of these herbs in liquid form then you should take 25 to 30 ml of each. On the other hand, if you have these herbs in dry form (powder), then you can take 5 to 6 spoon for bathtub and 3 to 4 spoon for a bucket.

In case of dry herbs, take one liter of water and put these herbs in it. Boil this water and then leave the herbs to soak for 20 minutes. Now filter this water in a sieve and mix it in the water in your bucket or bathtub. Keep in mind that whenever you are very tired and the weather is cold or it is night time, the bathwater should be lukewarm. It helps to increase blood circulation in the body and relaxes the nerves.

Alternatively, take one liter of water and bring it to a boil. Add lavender or lemon essential oil in it. Also, mix 5 spoon rose water. Mix the prepared liquid in the bathwater.
